MailChimp does not offer a fully whitelabeled version of our application, but you can use our API to customize your dashboard and reports. If you're using MailChimp with clients, apply for our agency discount and referral programs.

Branding Customization

If you work at an agency that manages email marketing for clients, you may want to customize the way MailChimp looks for your client users. 

If you're working with a developer, or you're comfortable working with MailChimp's API, you can deliver completely customized reports to your clients. Check the blog for API news, including this example of custom reports from a MailChimp user.

Otherwise, share online VIP reports with clients and colleagues, which don't show any MailChimp-branded links, images, or headlines. In addition to hiding the MailChimp brand from clients and coworkers, subscribers won't see MailChimp's name when they interact with campaigns or update their profile. We route them through generic domains like or instead. 

MailChimp badges and logos are required in campaigns sent from Forever Free accounts. Pay As You Go and Monthly users can choose to hide or display that content.

Programs for Agencies

If you're an agency that manages all aspects of email marketing for your clients, apply for the Agency Discount Program. If you qualify, you can receive a 15% discount on your MailChimp services, which gives you a little wiggle room on your client billing.

If you have encouraged your clients to sign up for their own MailChimp accounts, you can take part in the Agency Referral Program instead.
