Have a question while you're using MailChimp? Our Help tool provides one-click resources and a Knowledge Base search feature, so you can find the help you need quickly.
The Help tool is located on pages throughout the MailChimp application. When you open it, a Recommended Articles list displays tutorials and reference guides that relate to the page you’re on. For example, if you click Help from the Templates page, articles such as Templates vs. Campaigns, or Types of Templates may appear in the Recommended Articles list.
If you don’t see what you’re looking for, use the search bar to find something more specific. Knowledge Base resources will load right in your browser window or tab.
The Help tool returns different results than the regular MailChimp Search feature. If you are looking for a particular subscriber or campaign in your account, use the Search icon instead of the Help tool.
Search with the Help Tool
Help in the top navigation bar.
- Type your keywords into the search field.
- Press Enter on your keyboard or click the Search icon.
- Click a result title to open the full article in an overlay in the same window.
Results appear in two tabs: Articles and Glossary. Articles include reference, troubleshooting, and how-to guides and Glossary results are simple definitions of a term. Click each tab to view the different types of results.
When you’re finished, click Back to Search at the top of the page. You may also click the X or press ESC on your keyboard to close the overlay.
