We work really hard to keep your account safe, but we can't protect against some things like accidental list deletions. You can easily create and keep a backup of your entire account to safeguard your information. Exporting your account preserves all of your account information like templates, campaigns, campaign stats and list data. This means that you not only get a backup of your account, but you can hang on to subscriber-level data that isn't stored in the account forever and unique account information if you're consolidating accounts.
What's Included?
- Lists, including subscribed, unsubscribed and cleaned addresses in separate files.
- Campaign reports, including aggregated data for opens and clicks.
- Subscriber-level campaign reports, such as "who opened" and "who clicked" for the most recent 20 campaigns or the past 60 days (whichever is more).
- Opens by location (geodata) information for each sent campaign.
- HTML files for templates.
- HTML and .txt files for campaigns.
Exporting your account data
- Hover over the Account drop down and click on Export My Data.
- On the Export My Data page, click the Build My Data Backup.
We'll bundle all of your data into a single zip file download for you. This may take a little while if you have a lot of data. We'll send you an email at the email address on file for your account when the file is ready for download.
Note
The export process can be taxing on our servers. You can only export your account once during a 24 hour period.
