Yes! You can export templates that you've designed using our tools as well as your custom coded templates that have been previously imported.
- From the Dashboard in your account, click the Templates button.
- Select My Templates to view your saved templates.
- Hover over the template thumbnail. A number of icons will appear below the thumbnail to view (magnifying glass), export (down arrow) and delete (trash can) the template.
- Click on the arrow icon to download the code for your template as an HTML file.
- You'll now be able to edit the template outside of MailChimp in your preferred HTML editor. The exported template can also be imported into another MailChimp account to be used for campaigns!
Notes
If you're working in the code view of a custom-coded or Designer template, you have the option to export directly from this page. Click the Export Template button at the top of the page to save the HTML code.
