Yes, you can.
- Log in to MailChimp.
- Go to your Lists tab.
- Click View for the list that your subscriber is on.
- There's a search subscribers box. You can use our search function to quickly pull up the address that you want to unsubscribe.
- When you enter the person's email address. you'll be taken to their profile.
- Click the Unsubscribe button.
Now the person has been removed from your list. We keep a record of that, so that you can never accidentally add that person back to this list. The only way that subscriber can get back onto your list is through completing the double opt-in process again, themselves.
