All campaigns must include our properly coded *|UNSUB|* (unsubscribe) tag in them so that we can insert a one-click unsubscribe URL into your message.
There are absolutely no exceptions to this rule, even if you're sending to just friends, even if you are sending an internal message. To remain in good standing with the ISPs we require automatic handling of all your unsubscribes through our link. This is included as a default in all of our Templates. However if you remove the unsubscribe tag from the footer of the Template you'll have to add it back in the source as noted below.
