Before you send out a campaign, you can use the Delivery Doctor to determine if you will be directly to the spam or junk folders of common spam filters and ISPs. This will help you understand where you can make changes on your campaign for higher delivery rates.
After you send a campaign, since the junk folder settings are driven solely by filters set up on the recipients email program and servers, there would not be a way for us to know or report if the email went to the junk folder or the inbox. If a complete block is in place, the filter in question will in some cases report back to us that a block as occurred. Not all IT groups will configure their filters to provide helpful block insight so this isn't a reliable guarantee. The best way to avoid ending up in the spam/junk folders is to have clean and relevant content. Click here to find out more about spam filters.
