We pull in your RSS feed to your campaign, based on the timestamp on your RSS feed. Please check your RSS feed to make sure that your timestamps are correct. If they are, contact us and we'll take a look at what is happening. Just so you know, each time your RSS to email campaign sends, we look back over your feed and grab any unsent posts. Let's say you paused your campaign for a couple of days. We wouldn't ignore posts made during that time but would pick them up when sending resumes.

Note

When you first set up an RSS campaign, we'll show the last post as an example, if you haven't added an article in a few days. If this is your first send, we'll only send the posts from 24 hours before your campaign was activated for daily, from the last 7 days for weekly and the past 30 days for monthly.

Below is an example of the correct setup for your RSS feed.
