To troubleshoot integration connections you'll want to check your integration status under Account > Integrations.

  1. From the Account menu, choose Integrations.

  2. Note the red, yellow and green lights to the left of each system name.
    Red = disconnected;
    Yellow = no data received yet;
    Green = connected or data.

  3. Click on the specific integration you'd like to check to drill down the status.

  4. If you see a red light, you have not successfully connected to the integration. Click on the authorize connection or connect to initiate a connection.

  5. If you are connected, but not receiving data, click on "test connection" to make sure the connection is live.

If the connection is live, but you still aren't receiving data, you may need to contact our support chimps for more troubleshooting assistance.
