The Chimplr integration allows you to add a signup button to your Tumblr pages, right next to your other Tumblr controls. When a potential subscriber clicks on your "newsletter" button, it will trigger a popup window with a mini-signup form. You can find out more about Chimplr here or from the blog post.

Get your Tumblr Newsletter Button

1. Go to Account > API Key & Authorized Apps and copy your API Key.
   
2. Head over to Chimplr and click the Get Started button.
   
3. In the empty field under Enter Your MailChimp API Key paste in the key.
   
4. Select the list that you'd like to use from the dropdown menu.
   
5. Chimplr has now generated the code for your button. Copy the code and head over to your Tumblr Dashboard.
   
6. Log in to Tumblr, if you haven't already.
7. In your Tumblr dashboard, go to Preferences and click on the Customize your blog button.
   
8. Paste your button code in the Description section.
   
9. When finished click the Save button.
   
10. Now, when someone views your Tumblr page, they will see the Newsletter button with the other Tumblr controls.
