If you're sending emails through the Amazon SES integration and MailChimp's API, we do provide some reports for you.
Once you've been approved and can start sending emails through Amazon SES, you'll be able to review your Transactional Reports under the Reports page in MailChimp.
Available Reports
- Overview line graph of sends, opens, clicks and bounces.
- Chart of the number of sends, opens, clicks and bounces per hour.
- The Top 100 URLs sent and clicked in your transactional emails. You can click on each URL to see reports by the hour.
- When you send your emails through the API, you can add tags to help you drill down your reports. These tags are customizable for your particular sends. There is a limit of 100 tags per account.
Addtional Information
- You can download a spreadsheet of your Transactional Reports
- Transactional Reports are an API only feature. You'll only see the Transactional Reports button if you have the Amazon SES integration set up.
- There is no per-email reporting through the Amazon SES integration.
