MailChimp Templates
- Basic Templates
The Basic templates provide you with blank layouts where you can style the design, add your own header, and pull in colors to match your website to create a personalized email. You'll be able to design a template that's perfect for your company, with the assurance that it'll look great in any email client. With the Basic templates if you prefer to work in your own text editor, you can also download them free and then import the template back into the account for sending. - Designer Templates
We teamed up with some of the most talented designers on the web to bring you beautiful pre-designed templates that are simple to use. You don't have to know anything about design or programming to use our designer templates. Just pick one, plug in your content, and you've got a beautiful campaign. The Designer templates give you a large number of categories to choose from to create your email including Newsletters, Holiday, Sports, Coupons, Music and more! - AutoConnect Templates
Instantly create and send beautiful emails for your band, restaurant, online store, or publishing company with our AutoConnect templates. Promote the products you're selling on iTunes, Amazon, Etsy or Ebay or share reviews from Yelp by connecting to these applications and pulling the info right into your campaign. - RSS-to-Email Templates
Use our RSS-to-Email templates to easily increase reader engagement and help people get your content the way they'd prefer it. Just create an RSS-driven campaign, give us a link to your RSS feed, and select a template. We'll send newsletters whenever you publish new content to your blog, and as often as you'd like. You can also use RSS-to-email merge tags to build your own template or customize how your content appears. RSS-to-Email is the best way to publish a consistent newsletter without having to spend a lot of time creating new content.
Code Your Own
If you want more control over your email design than the above options give you you'll want to look at creating your own custom template. Designers have the ability to import HTML that includes MailChimp's template language to create an editable template inside our app. This is a great feature for web designers who want to upload a template for a client, and create editable, repeatable and hideable sections within the content area (without letting clients uglify the rest of your design).
