This feature is accessible by users with Manager level or higher permissions. Take a look at this article to learn more about the different access levels for a MailChimp account.
To view the recipients who will receive your campaign via groups or segments, use the following steps:
- On the Recipients step of the Campaign Builder, select your list and choose send to segment.
- Set the conditions of your segment. We used "Last Changed / Is After / A Specific Date" to see who's signed up since our last newsletter.
- Click on refresh count to ensure the segment has updated.
- Click the recipeints count link (in this example, it says 1 recipients) to see everyone on your list that'll receive this great email.
You can even edit your subscribers info directly from the view segment popup, for maximum convenience.
