Sometimes people want to leave a list. And that's ok. But if you're seeing a spike in your unsubscribe rate you might want to consider the following questions.

A Permission Reminder is a reminder you should include on all your campaigns that reminds people how they got on your list. Learn what makes a good permission reminder. You can change the Permission Reminder in your account by going to lists > settings > required email footer content or by clicking on "edit contact info" from your campaign's footer. - Am I sending too often?
You might consider polling your recipients to see if that's the case.
Segmenting can also help to cut down on too many emails. You might need to look into using Groups to send targeted emails to portions of your list and to get relevant content to the right people.
