Share a Sent Campaign with Social Share

This feature requires Author user level or higher.

After you send your campaign, you may want to share it with others. With our Social Share feature, you can share a sent campaign with Facebook, Twitter, or Delicious followers.

In this article, you’ll learn how to use the Social Share feature.

Before You Start

Here are some things to know before you begin this process.

  • You don’t need to set up one of our social media integrations to use the Social Share feature.
  • The Social Share feature is limited to Regular and Plain-Text Campaign types only.

Use Social Share

To use the Social Share feature, follow these steps.

  1. Navigate to the Campaigns page.
  2. Click the drop-down menu for the campaign you want to work with, and choose Social Share.

  3. On the Share Your Campaign page, choose from the social share options.

If you're not logged in to the social media option you choose, you'll be asked to log in.

Here are the share options you can choose from.

  • Campaign URL
We provide a shortened linked to the browser-friendly, archived version of your campaign. Copy the link and share it anywhere online.
  • Twitter
We’ll post the subject line and a link for your campaign. Before your tweet posts to Twitter, you’ll have the option to edit it.
  • Facebook
If you enabled Social Cards before you sent the campaign, we’ll display your campaign’s featured text and image on your timeline. Otherwise, we’ll automatically select the text and image that posts with your campaign. Before your campaign is posted, you’ll have the option to edit only the headline.
    • While not required, we strongly recommend that you set up Social Cards before you send your campaign. Social Cards allow you to choose the image and text that display on Facebook Social Share posts.
  • Delicious
We’ll add the URL for your campaign and the campaign subject line to your Delicious page. Before the post is final, you’ll have the option to edit it, or add comments and tags.
  • QR Code
We’ll generate a unique URL for a QR code that you can copy and share. Anyone who scans the code can view the archived version of your campaign.
