Use Image + Caption Content Blocks

This feature requires Author user level or higher.

The Image + Caption content block allows you to add up to two images with captions to a content block. You can include multiple Image + Caption content blocks in your campaign layout, but keep our image requirements in mind so your campaign displays as expected in recipients' inboxes.

If you want to have a background behind your image and caption, use the Image Card block instead. To include one or multiple images without captions, use an Image or Image Group block.

Insert the Image + Caption Block

  1. Navigate to the Design step of the Campaign Builder.
  2. Click and drag the Image + Caption block into your campaign layout.
Click and drag Image Caption into layout
  3. Drag and drop an image from your computer into the image portion of the block. Click the Browse button to open the File Manager, where you can upload a new image, select one you previously uploaded, or import one from a web address.
