Sync Lists Using Church Office Online

This feature requires Manager user level or higher.

Church Office Online is designed to help churches keep track of membership, ministries, events, contributions, and more. By integrating with MailChimp, churches can sync data from their Church Membership Online account to their MailChimp lists, allowing them to segment their list into groups.

How to Use Church Office Online

  1. Log in to your Church Office Online account.
  2. Click the Admin icon in the top navigation bar.

  3. Click the  Integration feature at the bottom of the page.

  4. Log in to your MailChimp account and get your API key.
  5. On the Church Office Online Integration page, paste your MailChimp API key into the field and click Save.

  6. When you go to back to your Church page, you'll see an option for Mass Email on the left-side navigation panel.

  7. Click on Mass Email to sync your church membership data with a MailChimp list.

  8. Once you've synched your lists, you can start creating campaigns.
