This feature requires Manager user level or higher.
Search the Integrations Directory for the services, sites, and CRM and CMS platforms that you can connect to MailChimp. Directory pages include details about each integration, and instructions on how to set it up. Choose from more than 800 integrations to enhance and simplify your MailChimp tasks.
In this article, you’ll learn how to use the Integrations Directory, what to do if MailChimp doesn’t integrate with your service yet, and how to find support for an integration.
Before You Start
Here are some things to know before you begin this process.

- To view all the services you can integrate with your MailChimp account, visit the Integrations Directory at https://connect.mailchimp.com, or navigate to the directory from your account.
Access the Integrations Directory From Your Account
To access the Integrations Directory, follow these steps.
- Click your profile name to open the Account Panel and choose
Account.

Click Integrations.

Click Integrations Directory.

Search the Integrations Directory
To find an integration, follow these steps.
- On the
Integrations Directory homepage, input your search term, a category like “reports” or your CRM name, in the search bar, and click the
Search icon.

- Click an integration to view its directory page.
Each directory page displays details about the integration, setup instructions, and customer support information.
I Don’t See My Service
We add new services to the Integrations Directory often, so keep an eye on the directory and stay tuned to our blog for the latest integration news. In the meantime, there are a couple of things you can do if your service doesn’t integrate with MailChimp yet.
Use a Connector Integration
These integrations help you connect your service to MailChimp, and you don’t have to know code to do it. Connector integrations, like Cazoomi and Zapier, link with many business and web applications to help pass information to MailChimp and automate your tasks.
Create a Custom Integration with MailChimp’s API
No matter what web application, website, or service you use, you can create your own custom integration with MailChimp’s API. Since the API requires coding, we recommend working with a developer to set up your custom integration.

Troubleshoot an Integration
If an integration’s developer is listed as MailChimp, the Knowledge Base and our Support Team are your best resources. Third-party integrations created by outside companies have their own support teams and resources.

- Navigate to the Integrations Directory.
- Input the integration name in the search bar, and click the Search icon.
- Click your integration on the search results screen to open the integration’s page.

About Third-Party Integrations
We also allow outside companies to submit third-party integrations to the Integrations Directory. MailChimp’s Support Team is unable to assist with these integrations. For detailed setup assistance or support, it’s best to contact the developer of the integration. Developer name, contact info, and support links are available in each integration’s directory listing.
