Export and Share Comparative Reports

Before You Start

Here are some things to know before you begin this process.

• Be sure you’re familiar with Comparative Reports.
• Create a Comparative Report to work with, so you can export or share the data.
• Snapshots and Report Previews include aggregated campaign data, as well as a breakdown of the data from your individual campaigns. 

Export a Report Preview

To export a Report Preview, follow these steps.

1. Navigate to the Reports page.
2. Click the Comparative tab.
   
3. Find the report you want to work with and click Edit Report or Finalize Report. If you haven't finished building your report yet, you'll need to work up to the Report Preview page.
   
4. Click Download CSV.
   

Export a Snapshot

To export a Snapshot, follow these steps.

1. Navigate to the Reports page in your account.
2. Click the Comparative tab.
   
3. Click the name of the report you want to work with.
4. On the Report History page, click the drop-down menu for the Snapshot you want to export and choose Download CSV.
   

Share a Snapshot

To share the latest Snapshot from your report, follow these steps.

1. Navigate to the Reports page in your account.
2. Click the Comparative tab.
   
3. Click the drop-down menu for the report you want to work with, and choose Share latest snapshot.
   
4. Type the email address for the person you want to share the Snapshot with, then click Share. You can share a Snapshot with up to five people, just separate email addresses with a comma.
