About MailChimp Discounts

MailChimp offers a few options for discounts through our application and our partnerships with other services.

Below, you'll learn about the discounts available through MailChimp.

Security Discount

At MailChimp, we're serious about security, so we offer a 10% discount when you add two-factor authentication to your MailChimp account with Google Authenticator or SMS two-factor authentication.

Non-Profit Discount

MailChimp offers a 15% discount to nonprofits and charities. To request the discount, sign up for a MailChimp account, and contact our Billing team with your account username and a link to your organization's website. That's usually all we need to confirm that your organization is a nonprofit.

If it's not extremely obvious on your website that you're a nonprofit organization, we may require a fax of your nonprofit documentation and MailChimp account name to (678) 999-0142 for approval.

After you're approved, each time you place an order for email credits, the regular pricing will be marked out and you'll see the 15% discount applied on the screen. Nonprofit monthly users will see the discount applied each billing cycle.

We can't provide retroactive discounts or refunds on past orders or purchases, so be sure to ask for the discount soon after you sign up for your account.

Partner Discounts

MailChimp partners with other applications to offer deals and promotion codes, when they're available. Follow the steps below to view our partner discounts in your MailChimp account.

  1. Click your profile name to expand the Account Panel, and choose Account.

  2. Click the Extras drop-down menu and choose Partner discounts. Click an icon or application name to learn more about available discounts.

Depending on the partnered application, you'll be asked to click a link to receive their discount or you'll receive a promotion code to be entered at checkout on the partnered application's website.
