Users on the Forever Free Plan will have an introductory period that includes 30 days of free email support. After that, free accounts will continue to have access to our comprehensive Knowledge Base, available on our public website and inside the application, to learn about MailChimp’s features and troubleshoot specific issues.
After you're logged in, you'll have access to the support options associated with your account. All users can reach us in the case of emergencies like login or security issues.
Whether you use live chat or email, we'll provide friendly and helpful service. Our support agents work shifts throughout the day and night so they can be available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. On weekends, support is limited to email service only.
