MailChimp Support Options

MailChimp employs a growing crew of support agents, who all work from our Atlanta office answering emails and live chats. Their goal is to get your questions answered so you can get back to work as quickly as possible.

The support team tracks the number of technical support tickets and the time it takes to solve issues, and we allocate our agents to help our users as efficiently as possible.

Paid account holders, including Monthly and Pay As You Go Plans, have the option to send an email or open a live chat for technical support. Users on the Forever Free Plan will have an introductory period that includes 30 days of free email support. After that, free accounts will continue to have access to our comprehensive Knowledge Base, available on our public website and inside the application, to learn about MailChimp’s features and troubleshoot specific issues.

After you're logged in, you'll have access to the support options associated with your account. All users can reach us in the case of emergencies like login or security issues.

Whether you use live chat or email, we'll provide friendly and helpful service. Our support agents work shifts throughout the day and night so they can be available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. On weekends, support is limited to email service only.
