You have two options in MailChimp for archives. You can either get an archive link to a single campaign or you can grab a code snippet that we generate and place an archive on your own website.
Archive Link
Once a campaign is sent to a final list and locked with a time stamp, you are given an archive link that you can place in your web site.
- Go to Campaigns
- Click the title of the sent campaign you want to archive
- Click on the Campaign Archive link

- Copy the URL (website address) noted on the next page as your archive link and use it in links on your site or in your one to one emails.
Archive Code
Add our auto archive folder code to your web site to automatically pull in archive links for you.
- Build yourself a page on your website called Past Issues or Archives or whatever you want.
- Create a folder in MailChimp, and put all the campaigns you want listed in the archive into that folder. For each folder, we'll generate a snippet of code to add to your web page, which is great if you're setting up archives for multiple clients.
- Once you've got all your campaigns organized into folders, click on the "Get Archive Code" link on the main Campaigns page.
- Click on the folder you want the code for and a drop down box will appear with the code.
- Copy and Paste that code into your archive page you created on your website.
When placing an archive folder, sent campaigns are automatically pulled into your site once they are moved to your archive folder. Note the system knows not to show campaigns that are in a testing or draft state.
