Facebook comments cannot be moderated before they show on your archive, but they can be deleted in social stats area if needed.
- To delete Facebook comments, go to your Reports tab.
- Click on the title of the campaign archive on which the comments were posted.
- Go to Social Stats.
- Scroll to the bottom of the page and click on the delete option for the comment you want to remove.
This will remove the comment from your archive page as well and will no longer display when other subscribers comment on your campaign.
Remember that Facebook comments can be disabled on the the Setup step of the Campaign Builder.
