A system we do integrate with is Google, so if you use gmail, you can just send over your Google Contacts.
If the information for your particular email program is not listed here, we would be unable to give direct instructions for exporting your list from your address book. The best thing to do is to contact their help systems or documentation for exporting assistance.

You’re bound to have a handful of email addresses from your ISP, tech support, Amazon sales, all the free trials you’ve ever signed up for, etc. If you don’t sit down and really weed through that address book to remove these other email addresses, you’ll inevitably get reported for spamming, and no one wants that.
