Signup forms now include the ability to update a user's profile, as well as sign up new subscribers.
If you have a subscriber that wants to update their profile, they can either use the update profile link in your campaign or return to your signup form.
Here's what will happen if they return to your signup form.
- The subscriber fills out their email address and any other required fields, and submits the form.
- If the email address provided is already on that list, an error message will be displayed to indicate that.
- When the subscriber clicks on the Click here to update your profile link, they'll be sent an email with a link to the Update Profile form.
- Then, he'll be taken to a page that looks similar to your signup form, but displays all of his information. He can make whatever changes he'd like and click Update Profile when he's finished.
