As a MailChimp user, you are able to update any subscriber information that is populated by the fields you have set up for that list. In this article, we'll walk you through a couple different options for manually updating subscriber information as well as ways for your subscribers to update their own information.

Before we get started, be aware that there are a few key pieces of information included in subscriber profiles that are not editable. These include:

  • Profile Updated information.
  • A subscriber's Location or Timezone, both of which are automatically recorded based on their IP address.
  • Signup Source, or how your subscriber was added to your list.

Check out this article to learn more about the information available on a subscriber's profile page.
