Export and Share Campaign Reports

Single Campaign Report

To export a single campaign report from either the Reports or the Campaigns page, follow these steps.

Export from the Reports Page

1. Navigate to the Reports page.
2. Click the View Report drop-down menu next to the report you want to work with, and choose Download.
   

Export from the Campaigns Page

1. Navigate to the Campaigns page.
2. Click the View Report button next to the campaign you want to work with.
3. Click the blue Download link under the delivery date and time.
   

Combined Campaign Report

A combined campaign report contains stats for every campaign that has been sent from your account in one convenient spreadsheet. To export a combined campaign report, navigate to the Reports page or the Campaigns page and then click  Download All Reports.

Share Campaign Reports

There are two ways to share campaign reports. The first is to send a VIP report email, which we send without any of our MailChimp branding.

The other way to share a report is to use our multi-user accounts feature to provide access to other users. This feature allows you to invite other users to your MailChimp account and assign different levels of access to their login profiles. For example, the Viewer user type only allows access to campaign reports.
