Using MailChimp templates

If you want to create your own look with one of our Basic templates or add content to one of our predesigned Themes, you can do this from the Saved Templates section of your account.

  1. Navigate to the Templates page in your account.
  2. Click the Create Template button.
  3. Choose either Basic or Themes.
  4. When you've found a template with a layout that works for you, click the Select button under the template to begin editing. You can add your logo and set your colors, styles, and fonts. You can also insert regularly-used images and content into your template. Any campaign-specific content should be added when working in the Campaign Builder.
  5. When you're done editing click Save and Exit. Name the template, then click the Save button.

Your newly-created template will be available for you to use over and over on the Templates page or under Saved Templates when creating a campaign.
